It annoys me SO much when Jillian says that too.. i take it circuit by circuit and when she says that it just reminds me that ive another 5 circuits to do and when your finally at the finish line, (circuit 7) doing your final set of knee crunches and she pretends to start them but doesnt... it gets me everytime.

Phew im glad its not just me, i do eat quite late at night although its never too heavy. This is my calories in vs calories out according to the Fitbit. Calories in is in yellow and calories out is in grey. So it must be the weighing.

Ive been stuck here now about 5 or 6 weeks, no I actually forgot to add the 13k steps to MFP. I take it 13k steps per day isn't sedentary and maybe I should change this? I'll try and open diary now

Currently MFP recommends 1300 calories a day, but recently I have started following my Fitbit app, basically the more exercise I do, the more I can eat.
