Hi everyone
Im looking to try mfp again. I started in the summer at 11 stone 6lb but my weight was creeping up and up and i wanted to do something before it got too much.
After 2 months i stopped logging but continued to watch my diet and invested in a fitbit, which i adverage 8,000 to 12,000 steps a day.
Ive lost 9lb in 9 months. Not the greatest but its still a loss. However i an now stuck in a plateau and cannot lose the remaining 10lb i would like too, I'm going to start logging my food again to see if it helps.
Has anyone left MFP and is now trying again and have you had any luck losing more weight?
