The test show I'm at the lightest pink just wonder if the darker colour the better in ketosis? ?? Anyone know please?

Thanks everyone I'm put on 100 ml heavy cream on my coffee this morning and I'm put 50gr butter on my stir fry and I'm reach my 75% fat for the day now .. happy happy now if I do test and they r positive then I'll over the moon

I never try fasting and fat fast day before ..how often u do these? Also how u survive without eating nothing or even 500 calories? ?? Lol .

Thanks you I did track and weight all the foods I ate will check by grams from now on too ..I'm did for 3 weeks now but still negative on the test just confused I'm not sure if I did anything wrong

What's fast day mean ?? The day u eating high fat ? I'm very active lifting 3 day cardio 3 day ! I'm don't need lose weight just need lower my body fat so can see my abs

Hiya !i ready eating good cabs for few month now and yeah i can feel much better ready ! Im love quinoa thai style salad its so yummy and is fill me up aswell !! Im gona keep eating heathy cabs and add heathy fat to my diet as well see any change !! Thanks u

Really ? That why i wonder how many calories i allow to eat ? Im been told if i want lose weight i need to eat less than 1200 calories which i never had .. At the moment i eating about 1600 calories but im not losing any weight :(

I do mix class ! Monday im do body pump and spinning class for cardio ! Tuesday im do weigh 1 hours then spinning 1h ! Wed im do leg bum and tummy class and 1h weigh !
