Bumping my hipbones against everything coz they are kinda protruding now and my vision sucks. So I obviously bumped them a lot before but they were 'protected'

I eat my lunch is 'sets' of 2 or 3 cause its too much for one sitting so I just eat half or whatever and put the rest back in the fridge in the office. Yeah happened to me too. I was always 'snacking' on mayo filled chicken wraps and chocolates. Now I have grapes/apples/jello for sweet and soups/veggies for salty. Hardly ever hungry, in fact I tend to be under my cal goal most of the time :D

You're gonna lose weight for sure! But healthy... :) put treatment in your hair 1-2 a week. Floss your teeth. Take a multivitamin. Clip your nails and keep them clean. Laugh at yourself. Awesomenss... So if I understand correctly I should eat 800 cals a day of only yogurt and apples and do as much cardio as possible and IF I rrrreally get hungry eat half an almond. LOL ;) Thanks everyone. Have a super weekend.
