I was having the same problem in the beginning. I started to become "afraid" of foods, eating much lower calorie and macro-wise than what myfitnesspal would allow me to eat to successfully complete my log. I'll try it! I wanted to start a weight routine next week. I found one online, but my gym just doesn't have all of the equipment I need to completely follow it. Dumbells? They have those. :P I will try it and keep you update! Thank you for posting!

Well, I weigh myself on Friday so I'll update this thread again then but... SW:152 (December 28th, 2014) CW:131 (As of February 13th, 2014) GW:120 (Hopefully by April 1st. :D) :D So, that's 5 pounds since the thread started. Yeah, I agree with everyone above. I've been losing weight for almost two months now (lost 20-ish pounds) but, I'm not seeming to lose much from my love handles. Hey there guys! I'm 5'4 as well! =D I just decided to change my way of life on December 28th of 2014, at 152 pounds, and I'm losing slow and steadily. SW:152 CW:136 GW:120 for now, but we'll see how I feel then. Deadline: Hopefully by the beginning of April. Good luck everyone! :D
