The neighbor lives in a double with another family on the other side and there is other people all around us that have to find this dogs barking extremely annoying. I've tried to let it go for months so I don't feel bad for calling.

Seems like everyone's dosage is higher then mine is, atleast right now. I am only taking 50mg before bed and 50mg when I get up.

Thanks for all the replies! I'm taking it for a month and then going back to the doctor to see how things are going. Of course if I have any of these side effects I definitely won't continue taking it and hopefully I can find something else! I go to school at night and it's an hour away from where I live so it's the worst…

Okay thanks! I guess I feel like I'm the only one that feels the way I do. But my school is pretty small and is on a constant rotation so I'm basically by myself as far as how many hours I have and when I started. So that makes it hard for me too, to not have someone that I can relate to.

Sorry, I'll clarify. Im talking about hitting set macro goals vs just looking at calories. Say 30% fat, 30 % protein and 40% carb vs just eating whatever macros you want and still hitting the same calorie goal. Hopefully that makes sense.

Yea I get that. But I mean as far as you hitting macro goals not just calorie goals.

I tried it for about a month. It was okay I guess. I missed foods that I really enjoy, too much. Bread, pasta, potatoes, regular chocolate, cereal etc. Its not something I could do long term for that reason. I would crave that food too badly, too much restriction.
