I'm confused on why you would pick Jessica Rinaldi as a bulky pic.....yes. she has some pics that show bulk....her BODYBUILDER COMPETITION pictures....where she specifically trained and ate to change her body and bulk.......smh.

It won't change your base calories per se....it just won't give you extra calorie burn until you've gotten more steps in.

I would say yes. It helps me to listen to tunes and keep stepping to the beat.

My understandinf is under 5k steps is sedentary and between 5k-7500 steps is the next setting.....since your jumping up and down a bit in steps I'd set it to sedentary and let mfp caculate your extra burn.

I always set my calories to maintenence mode. I also do a week of maintenance every 5-6 weeks. Just gives me a mental break and it's nice to be able to eat a little more even if it's just a week. I still exercise, I still log, I'm still mindful, but I also haven't cut out eating anything I love!

I have a fitbit charge. love it. Have had it just over a month. I lost 6lbs last month when I was projected to lose only 4. So yes. I trust the fitbit burn calories. Now just have to get better at eating them back.
