starting walking more normal to slow down?

I've been walking a mile to mile and a half for over a week and usually do it in about 20 minutes a mile I've added another mile and a half today and the second lap is at 24 minutes a mile is that normal?

When you get tired you tend to slow down, yes.0

I would say yes. It helps me to listen to tunes and keep stepping to the beat.0

I tend to listen to music but my bf joined on the second lap but sped up to make his 3 miles so I was left walking it out alone so thanks and music helps me also0
