My main goal is hypertrophy. Im not a beginner. I like to change my workout routine and workout only 45 min - 1 hour per day. Currently im doing chest/tri , back/ bi , legs/shoulders.

I think you should go 1.5 - 2.2 gr protein x kg of bodyweight. 0.3 - 0.5 gr fat x lbs of bodyweight and the rest fill with carbs :smile:

Hey. Try to train 3 times a week. Warm up before lifting weights. Also try to choose exercises that doesn't give you a lot of pain :)

Yes , it gives you a nice pump. But you should do a lot of warm up sets before jumping on first heavier set :/

Reverse pyramid sets are nice, anyway i prefer ramping sets :)

I have explained: Eat clean/healthy foods, not only for muscles, but also for good health. I'm not saying to eat 1000 calories of cheat meal. Everything in moderation.

7 cheat meals a week is not the same as 1 or 2 cheat meals a week. I didn't say cravings, i said "cravings". ( if you know the difference )

Your choice. 90% clean 10% junk during a day is not something that i can recommend. Maybe one or two cheat meals a week should do the trick for your "cravings" and also be a healthy choice.
