I've just become vegetarian Jan 1st, it hasn't done anything in the weight loss department for me. you have to have time to cook more (which I barely do) so I think that also will play a factor.

Hiking!!!!!!! I'm in Indiana so there aren't any major mountains or anything, but we have nice country areas that have awesome parks with nice wooded steep inclines.

Hey I've been in the same boat before and even went backwards & gained weight. But I now have a routine that has helped me lose 10lbs in a months (still losing btw) I drink atleast 8 cups of water a day & I only eat fruit for breakfast while cutting out eating candy & sweets. I feel more energized. This may or may not work…

I'm 21, I lost about 80 pounds in 2010 and had loose skin in the arm area. Over the years, it got better and I did a little weight lifting to help out the issues as well. It didn't completely disappear but TONING WHILE LOSING HELPS
