Hi, I'm Becky. I'm loosing motivation a bit and am starting the 21 day sugar detox soon. I run and do piyo consistently. Chocolate is my biggest weakness. CW. 153 GW: 140 Goal: rock the 21 day detox! Anyone feel free to add me.

I'm slowly trying to minimize/eliminate sugar. Wow. It is everywhere. For the same of my sanity I am not aiming for 100 percent but am shooting for 90 percent elimination.
