Have you tried gradually decreasing your calories? and if you haven't got much to lose it will take longer.

Normally i get the sauna! probably the complete wrong thing to do though haha Other than that i just do lots of stretches

Why have a cheat day? Doesn't that just ruin everything you worked for in the week?

I'm no expert but maybe you have hit a plateau? Slightly altering your workout or diet will help with this, but like I said I am no expert so we'll just see who agrees :p

You should hit your micronutrients as well (vitamins and minerals) as they help with your metabolism. So get those veggies down you!
