Wow what a strange dilemma. In France it is a criminal offence if you dont give aid. And of course your insurance will cover all medical bills. The poor or unisured, will receive treatment paid mostly by the State.

Swim or bike work for me. I use a low step bike and cycle 20 km to 30 km five days of the week. I find it hard to walk a kilometre without dosing up with painkillers.

Hi TranquilityBreeze I had my right hip replaced and have problems with knees and ankles but I use a LOW STEP BIKE for outdoor use and cycle 50 kilometre + with just a little pain. I also hill walk using Hiking Poles, going up is easy, but coming down is slow. I take 1 gram of Paracetamol 2 hours before I exercise.

I add the rice and cook for 15 minutes, then I add the crustaceans and fish and reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes, then remove heat and cover with tinfoil for 5 to 10 minutes. The next time I make paella I will film my method and send you a link but it wont be until the end of July as I will be in Crete.

Spend a week in Ireland cycling The Wild Atlantic Way. Every one you meet will talk to you. So who knows you may meet a new Miss or Mister right. And you may lose some weight as an extra plus. I always look at being dumped as a new beginning.
