I agree with getting your form in order but would suggest doing interval training, I do one minute steady rowing then 30 second all out rowing repeated till I reach my goal, usually 11 minutes, in the 1 minute of steady rowing you can correct in slips in form that may have occurred.

Vanity sizing is real, I have 20 year old clothes size 6 in my closet that finally fit again, but if I buy something new it can be anywhere from a 0 to 4, 6's now are too big.

I am usually super cold all the time, in fact I call it my "super power" the deep freeze, but in the last month I have really been trying to get more protein, I have gone from about 20 grams a day to more like 90 grams, so a significant increase, and you know what, I am warmer, nothing crazy but more normal.

Don't punish yourself to lose the weight, I am 2/3 your age 1/3 your size and I can lose weight eating more than that, input yours stats and eat the calories MFP gives you.

I set a high # or as I like to think of it as my "Oh My God No" # I haven't seen it on the scale in over a year! Hurray for me, I have no low #, I really am not worried I might accidentally lose weight

The smaller you get the less calories you need to exist and the more fit you become the longer it takes to burn said calories, I am a super efficient machine, I think of myself as a little smart car, I can go a long way on just sunshine!

Time and consistency with ab exercises, I have been doing a series of 4 exercises for 33 days now and the results are tiny, I started at near ideal weight, but a pudge, I think it will take at least a year of daily exercises that focus on my Ab's for me to have that flat belly, but I'll keep at it.
