I tend to like a sweet breakfast... smoothie, oatmeal with fruit, cereal with fruit, yogurt parfait, etc.

Plain Greek Yogurt instead of sour cream with my chili tonight! Also, yogurt with pb & maple syrup instead of ice cream! :) Good challenge!

I don't reward myself for lbs lost... that reward is pure excitement and motivation. Ibreward myself for the hard stuff: working out. If I complete 80% of my monthly workouts, I get to pick from a list. My list has things like: a massage, a visit to the chiropractor, teeth whitening, haircut, etc.

I make meat/veggies both of us and rice/pasta just for him on the side. :)

Quinoa is better than going completely carb-less! & it's delish too. :) I make a quinoa "oatmeal" for breakfast.

Whaaat.... vegetables.. boring?!?! Nonsense! :) Quiche for breakfast. Zuchinni fritters. Add a "flavoring" - pesto, soy sauce, fajitas, curry. Mash an avacodo into tunafish instead of mayo. Cauliflower rice. Cauliflower grits. Stuffed peppers (stuffed with meat / veggies). Fajitas (tonssss of peppers). ♡♡♡ Veggies!

I cook enough to last me around 3 days then repeat. I tend to eat the same thing those 3 days. But with a crazy work schedule, it's this or grab quick (junk) food. Making 3 different meals EVERYDAY, just for the sake of variety.... I'd rather spend my time doing something else. If I make more than 3 days worth, I freeze it…

Or even a few laps around the building if they attend outside therapies. Sometimes I work very long hours & don't get time to exercise... then I remind…
