I was able to run NONSTOP for a mile while pushing a stroller that is prob around 100 pounds felt so amazing hoping one day to run a 5k with the stroller :-) I used to dread the stroller and having to hear the girls fight but now they just sit back and enjoy the ride with a few fights here and there

I'm 5'3 SW 212 CW 188 I would like to see myself around 145-150 but lately it seems like I haven't been able to lose any pounds :-( but I'm still working towards my goals I am able to see a change in pictures and inches but no weight loss

I'm a mama of 3 girls I have 45 more pounds to lose add me I'm doing Jillian michaels DVDs and zumba all my exercises are done in home with kids running around sitting on me while I'm doing floor exercise and crawling through my legs lol it's the struggles of being a stay at home mom haha but I love it

I am currently on Ortho Tricyclen Lo and have been for about 6 months I have lost 20 pounds I was worried as I have never liked bcp but 3 kids later I realized I'm pretty fertile but I was very worried I would gain weight or it would be hard for me to lose but I was able to lose and still am

I am in recovery week and boy it's still kicking my *kitten* I'm beat just got done doing core cardio & balance a few mins ago and have zumba later tonight I hope I make it

I also have goals set but no deadline if I meet the goals in 2 weeks or 2 years I will be happy knowing that I reached my goal of being healthier

I have a couple of goals set and one is to buy a new bike to keep me focused on wanting to lose more and another is to go rock climbing the one I'm most excited about is my ultimate goal which is going on a trip with my husband to somewhere we have never been(I wanna go to Vegas)

I'm on day 25 and still hate pushing play but I love it when I get to the stretching because I know I'm done haha but it has really help my stamina I am looking forward to recovery week I haven't lost much weight but a lot of family friends are noticing the difference saying I have lost weight so I will take

Good morning!!!! I know you will see great improvement. Lately I have been trying to avoid doing insanity but then I think I want to finish this program so I push through and when I'm done I feel great, so accomplished, and one step closer to my goals
