My journey started almost 2 years ago when I saw the movie "Forks over Knives". It changed my life!! Since then I have eaten a plant based diet, and love every minute of it!

I was going through some old photos , when I saw that against a picture my husband took today, I couldn't believe the difference. My weight has not moved in the last 6 months, but when I saw this it really encouraged me. I've still have a long way to go, but I'm in this for life! I've recently added C25K to my exercise and increased my calories, so I'm hoping things will start to move again.

GW 160 for now!

    well only your before pic is showing, only the one on the right. and the dog in your profile. which is making for an interesting before and after effect.

    to resize there is actually an option in photobucket just click edit then resize :) type in a number I usually do 1/2 what it currently is and repost :)

    either resize in photobucket (edit --> resize --> largest number no larger than 500) or people can just right click and open in new tab.

    And you look great by the way!!! Way to go!
