If 1800 cals is making you hungry then you need to take a real good look at the specific foods you are eating. Look for foods that will help you feel fuller for longer. There is no reason you should still feel hungry with 1800 cals if you are eating the right sort of food.

You should stretch before and after your workout, at least give yourself 5 minutes.

Not familiar with it but sounds interesting. I started using Liporidex Max and it works great for me, down 10 pounds and counting. I like that it's all natural, is adipex all natural? Also, do you have to get it through a prescription?

I too can't live without wine, but because it's loaded with sugar I have to be careful. Take a few suggestions from here and try vodka instead. I like vodka soda with lemons and lime or vodka and crystal light! Perfect summer cocktail.

It happens, but the most important thing is to take it one meal at a time. Each meal is your chance to get back on track. Don't look at it as a blown day if you have one bad meal, get back inn track with the next one. You can do this.

Has anyone tried the muscle pharm cookies and cream protein, is it too sweet? I would like something that I can mix in with my recovery, but not sure how that one would taste.

Sounds great!

I like quest protein, it really tastes like a chocolate milkshake! :)

I have a friend who is a bikini competitor, not sure how she does it, but she weighs everything and plans out meals and eats everything that she plans when she is supposed to eat. So if you are always having leftovers, lower your portions. She usually is eating chicken and veggies and maybe a piece of sweet potato at every…

I don't have one yet but I am thinking about it. I just would need to remind myself to wear it everyday!

My problem is staying on track too. I don't eat too much, but when I do eat it's not always the best food choices. Liporidex looks like a solid product. I like that it's not expensive nor is it loaded with chemicals that would never want to put in my body. Thank you for the recommendation, I am looking forward to trying it…

Right now I am taking just a normal mulit vitamin, but I am looking for something to boost my metabolism. Any recommendations?

Thanks for the encouragement. I wish you success as well!!

Just remember you didn't gain it overnight. Just take it one day and one pound at a time. You'll reach your goal before you know it. Good luck!

If you get a lunch break you could always go for a walk at lunch. Walking at lunch also helps keep your energy up for the rest of the work day.

Just take it slowly! Your body transformed in 9 months and it make take a bit to get it back to the way it was. Good luck and congrats on the baby!

You can do this! You have found support right here. Just take it one day at a time.

Getting the kids involved is always a good idea. Take them to the park and run around with them. Bring a ball a frisbee and a healthy picnic. You can have fun time with the kids and everyone gets exercise!

Make sure you keep a food journal. It is also possible to eat to few calories. Your body thinks you are starving it and will hold onto every calorie you eat. Just focus on being healthy and if you start to loose weight again then that can be a positive side effect.

You can do this!! But don't do it because you want to look good for others do it for you girl! Decide you want to feel healthy and strong and then commit to a plan.

I am new too. From what I can see this is a great place to give and get support. Good luck on your journey!

New babies are great motivation for getting healthy. You are already off to a great start. When I feel like giving up on my healthy eating I just look at my young daughter and remember why I started.

Always give your body time to heal. You do not want to damage it more and then you'll be down for even longer.

Thinking of anything in long term can be daunting. Just one day at a time is all we have to do!
