Sorry I was unable to post for the past few days, there was apparently an issue with myfitnesspal and I couldn't get into the community part. My weigh in was supposed to be yesterday, if it still counts, I am down to 231.7 yesterday!

Hi all, weighing in this morning the scale read 233.8. I cant complain about that, its lower than my start weight of 235! I hope everyone is doing great!

Thanks for all of the input, I feel more comfortable now. I guess all my years of low self confidence because of my weight played a little part in this. He now knows my battle and is even going to the gym with me for support

Lol, no way will I go as far as dating my kids friends. I do look really young for my age Wich I'm definitely not going to complain about! I guess I'm just a little worried. I have never dated anyone younger before

I have a Fitbit and never had this problem. MFP only adds my excersise calories burned during timed workouts. I added a screenshot of today's diary. This is after my morning workout, breakfast and snack. My Fitbit shows just over 1100 for the day so far

I dont log my excersize because i have no desire to eat my excersize calories back. Other people choise to eat some back, and others choose to eat them all back. Its not mandatory

I work 8 to 5 and I go to the gym straight from work. I absolutely hate getting out of the bed in the morning, so this is what works for me. If you are an early riser to start with though, try both and see what time you like better. I think its mostly about personal preference.

Don't feel down with yourself, just remember that tomorrow is a new day. Every one of us has had our challenges. I ate horrible today! I admitted it to myself and i will move on. I will recover and be back on track tomorrow. Dont dwell on what has already happened, just remember your goal and move forward.
