A Weigh To Spring 2016 (Challenge)

This challenge will cover the months of November 20th, 2015 to March 20th, 2016. In this 4 month challenge, everyone will be assigned to groups. The groups will then challenge each other until the very end. It will be about which group lost the most weight, and/or earned the most points, so you must work together. Which means, there can be 2 winning groups. Let's not make this just about losing weight, because it can be difficult (medical, stress, living situations).We will have a spreadsheet where you will log in your weight (weekly or biweekly, haven't decided yet). We will have weekly goals as well as monthly goals, so we can maintain motivation. Also, we will also have a spreadsheet for "Points", each weekly and monthly goal will be a chance for your team to earn points. We can have two captains for each team to help keep this challenge going and help motivate their team members! So please volunteer by PMing me.

Please remember this is about fun, learning, motivation, and striving not just for a challenge but also for our own personal goals.
