just saw this! this is my 3rd year doing drynuary. i used to use the extra calories saved from drinking to eat more. this year is different. smoothies and salads and lots of veggies, water and unsweetened tea. i'm already down 6 lbs. and no hangovers is nice too :) cheers, everyone! (well, in 2 weeks, i guess.)

2 crunchy corn tostadas topped with vegetarian refried beans, shredded cheese, jalapenos, red onion, tomato, sour cream and hot sauce. wayyyyy less calories than going out for mexican and just as delicious.

knowing your starting height/weight/gender would be helpful in determining if your daily calorie goal is within the appropriate range. if it is, and you use this app correctly, then it will work! give it a week or 2 before you see results, but then it gets easier. using this app is almost addictive. i love planning my…

i drink full calorie soda maybe once a month. quit drinking diet soda about a year and a half ago. i drink a lot of la croix now - great flavors, no calories, no artificial stuff. win win win.

the hardest part is waiting for the weight to start coming off. it can take a couple of weeks. but once it starts, it's much easier to keep going and stay motivated. this app works! as long as you stick with it and abide by your calorie goals. best of luck!
