Still no loss today. I did jump on the scales mid week and had gone down a 1lb with natural fluctuation but on weigh day it was the same. I'll stick with your advice and keep at it for another few weeks before adjusting calories. Thanks everyone

I find when I exercise I no longer accumulate calories for steps I get one or the other Eat at least 50% back Some people can eat them all back and still lose

I have CFS/ME Also struggled with mental health, with the medications given caused weight gain but thankfully off those and using CBT based therapies It's difficult to balance out exercise. It definitely for me needs to be gentle exercise. I tried things like cycle fit.... I do cycle a lot at my own pace.HIIT bases…

I was just about to say the same thing. Every year since I started I do veganuary... I cant maintain it long term as I end up feeling horrendous even when its tracked to be as balanced as possible But the mind seeing the restrictions every day is difficult to adjust to

Thanks I have a Samsung galaxy smart watch and it tracks all my steps through the day. I'll try and see how I go sticking to my 1325 limit and use any extras as a buffer if needed.

Do you find its working for you?

See that confused me to whether or not to eat back those calories or not

After reading the other tagged post I checked my TDEE Which is 1825. So for the supposed 500cal deficit I should be at 1325 Based on a sedentary life, being 5'4" and 182lbs aiming to get back to 133lbs pre kids and other health issues.

That was really helpful thanks
