Steps issues
Does anyone know why I get calories back for steps some days, but on days I do extra exercise, like today where I did 20mins on exercise bike, I only get calories back for the bike and not the steps as well.

Sticking to plan but gaining
I'm sticking to my calories which are 1360cal based on being sedentary and aiming for 1lb loss per week. Each week I've stuck to it I've gained. I'm considering doing Keto. Can anyone advise how best to track it using MFP as it doesn't have a net carbs tracker. Am I better just using the macros? Thanks

MFP and Samsung health
Does anyone else use the 2 in conjunction? I ask as I'm a little confused. Today as I've done lots of walking MFP says I still have 600cals left over and above my average daily However my samsung health says I'm over its limit rather that within the good range Both are set for a 1lb loss a week. 1200 Cals
Hi guys. In just getting back into calorie counting after being miserable trying WW or SW with limited success. MFP has put my calories at 1200, but I thought this would be too low. Can anyone advise me please? Thanks

Gaining not losing????
I've been sticking to 1300 cals. I've managed my 10k steps each day as well as 20min on rowing machine or exercise bike 2 out of 3 days. My weight keeps going up rather than down. It's very disheartening Can anyone give me some advice Thanks
