I had never heard of fitnessblender before I joined MFP. It has me confused. At the of their main page it says it is absolutely free, but everything I click on has a price and buy now button. How does the website work? Thank you!

Good luck! I found that counting calories is the best thing I could do after trying a lot of other things.
