That is what I was thinking of doing. I had a feeling with or without me he'd eventually stop, but I felt guilty letting him do it. I will just be supportive and maybe after this fails he will try CICO with me.

I had never heard of fitnessblender before I joined MFP. It has me confused. At the of their main page it says it is absolutely free, but everything I click on has a price and buy now button. How does the website work? Thank you!

Good luck! I found that counting calories is the best thing I could do after trying a lot of other things. There are no foods that are 'off limits' as long as they are within your calories, so I feel a lot less like I am depriving myself.
