Down Nearly 20lbs So Far

Back in February I decided to begin a change. I deleted my old MFP and started this one. I'd ballooned back up to 320lbs and I hated it. I did well for a few weeks and then slacked off. Now over the past few weeks, I've really been hitting the gym and eating better. Not greaty, but better.

As of yesterday, I have a workout regimen in place that I do consistently and (drum roll please.......) I'm down to 302.1 lbs!

I posted about this on a different social network and my post was taken down because it "didn't allow for group discussion." But this feels too good to not braodcast at the top of my lungs! I am doing this!
