You look great- congrats on your achievement thus far! I agree with you about the "clean eating".... I lost a good amount of weight years ago just eating "clean" or cleaner anyway... not counting any calories.

I don't know any tips for excess skin but what you've done is amazing and inspirational! Hopefully you can find a non surgical solution!

I'd say its hanging on you differently! You look like you've lost way more than 15lbs but weight looks different on different on different people. Great job!

I agree @flyingtanuki, every time I am chubby, my brother is skinny and vice versa. We just switch off weight.

I'm with Afura- I eat something small an hour or two before working out. IDK if I'm like everyone else but I can't eat too much before or I get ill.

I don't know if this would help you- but when I used to do Weight Watchers- it was mandatory to have 2 servings of dairy and people who tried to cut it out didn't lose as fast. Once they started eating it again it helped. Maybe you can use some of your workout calories for milk or yogurt a couple days and see?

You definitely look great- and smaller! I know when I'm losing weight, sometimes it takes a few extra lbs to make me look proportioned- example- I seem to always look great at the 5 mark and awful at the 0. So I may think I look awesome at 185 but then not like 180 (even thought is 5lbs less!), but then love 175. Doesn't…

Weighing 120 at 5'4" is completely normal. I find it hard to believe you were the "fattest girl in school" even at 5'3" and 145. I'm sure you look fine but maybe some exercise would make you feel better? I used to be "skinny fat"- I was thin but not toned. I wish I had exercised then.

I just started as well (day 10). I'm hoping to lose about 40-60. I'm sure you can do it! Go to the success stories section- that's what I do when I need inspiration and encouragement.

I am trying to drink Metamucil when I want something sweet. Only just started so don't really know how it will go but it did help with me wanting dessert tonight......

You can do it! I am on my second try on MFP also. Good job on quitting smoking. When I quit, going to the gym really helped me not want to smoke so I was actually really healthy at that time. Your face certainly doesn't look like you need to lose 100lbs but good luck! I've only been on for a week so I have no tip or tricks…

It goes from my chest first too and it stinks.... especially since my stomach sticks out more than my chest now! But soon my tummy will be flatter than my boobs. Yours will be too. :)
