I'd be glad to

It does that to me too. Sometimes it's like it singles out one person and won't let me like their stuff for a day and then the next day it's fine. Just one of the few hiccups with the app.

Fellow chiver here

I don't have a weight goal or really care is I end up losing or gaining wait. All of my goals are about just getting stronger and watching my numbers go up.
-
I don't olympic lift per se but I do powerlift. I focus on the four main lifts but would like to incorporate some olympic moves.

In your intro you changed to word diet to healthy eating lifestyle. That alone is half the battle. Diets are temporary but being/getting healthy is long term. It's all about setting goals and setting them in proper order. I eat healthy/clean for the most part and I don't beat myself up if I go over on my calories or eat a…

It's all about balancing you proteins, carbs and bacon

I'm not buying that whole "I'm not a viking" thing for a minute. But in all seriousness I need metalhead friends. I don't know if I'm an introverted not but I am a carnivore. I also like to think I'm driven and goal oriented. Feel free to add me....that goes out to all you other metalheads as well.

A little Slayer goes a long way

Def wanna flex your back and keep it tight. Bringing the bar lower on your traps should keep the bar from twisting on you. Keep your scapula retracted and tight and pin the bar right on them.
-
For running I listen the Welch Boys, rancid, rage against the machine and the Beastie Boys. Anything metal works while I'm lifting although I gravitate towards Slayer. I need to step it up if I'm doing prowler pushes or any hard core conditioning and break out the Hatebreed, Pantera or Lamb of God

That's easily attainable. Just keep a close eye on your calories and always do your strength training before cardio.

I'm going to invent a scale that shocks women every time they step on it. Try not to focus on your weight as a number. Track your progress via measurements and how your clothes fit. Focus on hitting all your macros and keeping your calories in a deficit. Always put weight training before cardio and keep you water intake…

Rough patches have a beginning and an end. Remind yourself that it's only temporary and in the meantime just dig deep and get back into your routine. Feel free to add me.

I'm new to this whole running thing and didn't realize how important music selection was until I tried running to Slayer. My current playlist is rancid, Welch Boys, rage against the machine, and the beastie boys
-
I couldn't do that. I dont care how big the girl is or how tough she thinks she is I couldn't house a girl on the field. Unless she's a nickelback fan. Then it's game on

My diary is wide open and there is usually bacon found in it.

Calves can be tricky because they're used to taking a beating. When we walk or run we're putting something like 6x's our bodyweight on them (I forget the exact number). So they're used to handling a lot of weight. For growth they need both a lot of weight and a lot of volume in training.

Add me

That sounds exactly how you're supposed to eat on vacation lol. I found that my cure for when I have a sweet tooth is a spoonful or two of peanut butter.

Sometimes it's good to keep your weight a secret even from yourself. Instead just take your measurements. You may be surprised to find out what your actual weight is when you reach your goals through measurements.
-
What's wrong with you is that you're human. I do the same thing. It usually starts with missing a few workouts and then telling myself that if I'm not lifting than there's no use in eating right. I eventually see the light and get back under the bar. It's a vicious cycle
-
Feel free to add me. My diary is wide open. I also spy on everyone's food intake to see if I'm the only one with a bacon disorder.
-
I accept all requests...even those from vegans (no vegans were harmed in the making of this post)

Add me. I'm a full on addict on mfp

I'm 41 and my goals aren't really weight related. At least I don't think they are. I'd like to shed some body fat and increase muscle mass. I just discovered this community here a few weeks ago and I've been addicted to it ever since. I've met some pretty amazing people and am sure I'll meet more.
-
I use just about anything from the Beastie Boys and mix in some rage against the machine, rancid and the Welch Boys

Lately I've been using Slayer, Lamb of God and Hatebreed for my prowler pushes and it pushes me to the edge of wishing I was dead. For just lifting I usually fall back on the Cancer Bats, Pantera or the Welch Boys and if I'm feeling nostalgic I'll jam some old Sepultura or Death Angel
