6lbs to loose by June 9th any tips?

    That's easily attainable. Just keep a close eye on your calories and always do your strength training before cardio.

    Eat at a 750 calorie deficit a day with no slip ups and you'll be there.

    It may be worth doing some form of exercise if you don't already so you don't have to intake a small amount of calories.
