Hahahaha yeah I’m good thanks I’ve changed jobs at work from the 4th Jan so it’s taken me a very draining month of very long hours to get to grips with some of it but I’m feeling more stable now :) Been out for a long walk tonight so hope for a good loss tomorrow for weigh day

Hey all! I’m back after two weeks off plan for Christmas. I gained 7.8lbs!!! Back on it yesterday though and stayed in my calories and done my water target. Today I’ve been for a walk and been on the exercise bike for 30 mins too Back on track and determined to get this gain off :) Hope you are all well x

Swim done ✅ despite it being quite busy it was so nice to be back and it gives me a little bit of me time :smile: My last weigh day before Christmas should be this Saturday but I think I’m going to be one on Christmas Eve

Hi ya :) I've been a bit awol as I fell off the wagon last week and gained a lb. I will get it off this week though as the pool has reopened yesterday and I have booked a space tomorrow evening and saturday

I stayed uner my calories all weekend but I put on a lb when I weighed on saturday so wasn't happy but it could be balancing out for the week before when I was poorly so I'm just gonna go with it

Hi all The weekend had it's ups and downs. I lost 3lbs but I also ate way over my calories on both days so I'll be looking to claw that back this week Today's goals: Stay under calories by 200 to hopefully claw some back Drink 2.5ltrs water 1/2hr on the bike

Hi all I’ve just done my weekly weigh in and I’ve lost 3lbs!! I did have a day of not eating though because I was poorly. I’ve got 2lb to lose in 3 more weigh ins as I wanted to be in the next stone bracket down by Christmas but the more I lose before then the less guilty I will feel about eating treats and cheese 🧀

Send hugs hun! I’ve had a crazy day at work and am way under my calorie intake but I’m just not hungry. I’ve done 1/2hr on the bike though so pleased with that :)

Hi all I weigh on a saturday and this week lost 1lb which took me to 28.2lbs loss since I started back in august! SW: 17st 5lbs CW: 15st 4.8lbs GW: 11st (maybe lower as this will still mean I'm overweight)

I'm having a crazy week at work but thankfully it is friday!! I've done well on plan this week all week but today is time of the month :( It's weigh day tomorrow too and I have 0.8lbs off of 2 stone loss so fingers crossed!!!

I'm planning to walk every day this week and ride my exercise bike at least 3 times When I've lost a bit more weight I'd like to maybe go for a run

Hi all Not a good weekend for me due to my father in law passing away suddenly on saturday. I managed to stay on calories but did not make great choices way to high carbs and not enough water I made sure I exercise to try and hold off the weight Back on it today though as I'm at work which keeps me on plan

I stuck in my calories but I left work late and it was raining so didn’t go for my walk. My weigh in day is usually tomorrow but I weighed today as I’m having a treat day. I’ve lost 4.5lbs this week! Meaning I lost the 2.3lbs I gained the week before and lost so extra!
