  • I have a silly question.....I will fess up ahead of time....why are people so into protein powders? So many of the foods you eat provide protein, I just am not sure why this is such a popular option...sounds yummy though
  • Ezekiel bread is in the freezer section near the health food type items...the raisin is wonderful, toasted, with a little almond butter on top!

  • Google salad in a jar...works like a charm. Takes max 15 mins to put together 3 or 4 jars that are one meal each...all you do is grab and go. Plus they look really nice when you open your fridge. Good luck!

  • I am by far not the expert...but, I believe if you are hungry, then you are not eating either enough or the right type of foods...you can eat your fill of raw veggies, steamed greens, etc. Give it a try and see if that helps..good luck!
