Have you tried Ghee? Its basically super refined butter. Its delicious and like half the fat and carbs. Great for cooking. I haven't tried it like spread on a piece of bread but its amazing for sauteing and grilled cheeses :)

Are you opposed to shakes? I drink the GNC lean 25 shake in the morning. 25 grams of protien keeps me full and it tastes really good. I use the vanilla I add a banana and use a cup of unsweetened black coffee instead of water for an extra boost.

The enzymes in papaya settle stomachs and aide in digestion. They sell them in chewable pill form. Whenever I have a tummy ache or feel bloated I chew 3 or 4 of them. A little chalky but they taste pretty good.

Does fit bit take into account your weight? I know the bigger you are the more calories you burn when doing physical activity. If it just goes off of averages then the info you are could be flawed
