ive been doing a lot of research on hormone balance and nutrition/exercise. Does anyone have any recommendation or experience with supplements and nutrition to balance hormones? What exercise regiments and diets are best for women with pcos who are a normal weight but struggle with losing additional abdominal fat?

What has your doctor told you?
  • Birth control and synthetic hormones. Both of those options are at the bottom of the list.

I just ordered D-Chiro-insitol from a company based out of texas called Chiral Balance. Its owned by a husband and wife team. shes a doctor specializing in woman's fertility issues and hes a bio-chemist. I have PCOS and its extremely hard for me to loose weight because of the hormone balance issues and insulin sensitivity. I have heard WONDERFUL things about this supplement and finally bit the bullet. I'm hoping its the natural answer to my prayers so that I do not have to take any synthetic meds, and it is also proven to lower your chances of developing type 2 diabetes. (which runs in my family). I hope this helps.
