Does anybody meal prep for the whole week? Or are you a day by day-er like me? Anybody do both? What do you prefer?

I prep all my lunches and breakfasts on Sundays for the whole week and take them to work with me on Monday since we have a nice sized fridge there. For dinner, I chop veggies, make sauces, etc the night before to make cooking super speedy the night of. Hope this helps.

Sunday is also my big cook/prep day usually. Sometimes a family event will hinder the plan, but I always prep for at least a couple days. I portion everything out right away too. Cooking a bunch of chicken breasts and seasoning each one a little different, or making a package of ground turkey and spliting it for "lettuce tacos" or stuffing peppers with some.
I always have hard boiled eggs in my fridge too. I have no excuses then for "not having time" to make a meal. It's all done and in grab 'n go containers.

I'm a batch cooker - I don't like to cook during the week, so I make sure to make a few dishes every weekend and I have a huge arsenal in my freezer.

I'll cook Sundays then again mid week. I do prepare my lunch salad every morning and my fresh juice, takes about 15-20 mins each morning

I usually cook over the weekend (spread it out over two days so I can get other stuff done), so I can package it up in the evening. This includes having a plan for snacks as well, that I can just pack up and go.
