I too love and have the total 0% fage yoghurts almost everyday but I recently discovered a new high protein snack in my supermarket...its called Arla Protein and its actually Quark but comes in strawberry or blueberry flavour and one small pot has 20g of protein! Its so filling...

I always eat my exercise calories! My target is 1200 but with exercise it goes up to about 1500 and I nearly always eat 1500 calories! Otherwise I get really hungry! I was losing weight on a calorie deficit but wanted more! So I quit smoking and started running with my other half, realised how much easier "moving" was since quitting smoking and joined the gym! Plus Im getting married in 7 weeks :-) I also love the transformation working out has done for my body too...

This is a great thing...Since Jan I have lost a meesley 3lb on the scales but have lost 12 inches from hips, bust and waist and probably other places too but I've only ever measured these body parts

It depends what you mean by knee pain when you say stop squatting etc...Maybe I'm not describing it very well, you know when you've have a good workout and the next day your muscles are achey (not a pain ache), an ache where you know you worked hard, its like that, its not a pain as such, I would've been to the docs by now…

I always eat my lunch after a workout which is about 30 mins after...I eat breakfast between 8.30-9.30am but after my lunch I then go a long period of time before I have my dinner, approx 4.5 - 5 hrs so maybe I need afternoon snack

Oh and I have a desk job and only work out on my lunch hour but I did only start working out for the first time ever in my life in Jan 2015 so I am pretty much still a newbie to all this...

@workoutgrl87 I tried low carbs a few months ago and it was awful, what I do notice though is if I eat more protein for lunch, it seems to satisfy me longer so maybe I could up the protein and see how that makes me feel..I definately don;t think I could go without carbs though...

My workouts are midday on my lunch hour... Yeah well spotted "yopeeps025"....5 hours is a lot to me but I also know theres people who workout way more than that, everyones different....

Also my sleep pattern never used to be like this, only in the past couple of weeks its been like this, I think I'm so tired come 8pm that I fall asleep and by 12 midnight my body thinks its time to wake up, maybe I could try falling asleep a bit later??

I too suffer from tight hamstrings i.e. I can't touch my toes...To achieve flexible hamstrings do you only have to stretch them and could I do hamstring stretches every day to help? and for how long?

I do bodypump twice a week and its classed as resistance training and some say a small part of it is cardio too as there are parts of the workout that increase ur heart rate,I'm no lifting expert but not sure I would class as "lifting", especially when u read on here everyones posts etc on their weight lifting.

My goal isnt anything...I didnt ask what everyones goals were..just found the research interesting and because theres many variations of a deadlift I was just curious as to what everyone did...I dont need a goal to research something,I like the read...
