I've been vegetarian for 3 years and vegan for 1 1/2 years. I had 103 lbs to lose total, have lost 56 lbs so far. Anyone please feel free to add me. :smiley:

I guess I should have put in my original post that I don't eat any animal products or by-products from animals (i.e. meat, dairy, eggs, lard, honey, etc.). Thank you everyone for the wonderful suggestions. There are some really great ideas here to give me some new snacks to try.

I just started my 3rd round of the original this past Monday, 3/30. I will start my 1st round of Extreme on 4/20, a week after you. I love the original!!!! I would love to join for accountability and motivation.

Thank you @cjames010 and @mom2ava07 for your feedback. I am looking at the Fitbit to help with my weight loss. I like that it would track my entire day without having to strap on a HR monitor during my workouts. The calories burned for exercise on MFP seem high to me, so I was looking at getting something more accurate.

@dkwi04 and @SatiaRenee - I just entered my food for yesterday and entered my workout and general circuit training. It added the calories that I burned into my total calories for the day. It still only has me eating 1758 calories, which is lower than the 1800-2099 bracket that 21DF has me in. I am going to play with it…

Thanks everyone for the wonderful feedback!!! dkwi04 - I think you might be right. I haven't tracked how many calories I burn with 21DF. I am not even sure how to enter it. I saw someone post they enter it on here as Circuit training. How do you enter it? doodlebug32 - I was thinking of doing that myself. Just not tracking…
