    Need more male MFP friends! All of mine stopped coming to MFP except two, one of which turned out to be an advertising scam! Come on guys! My friends list looks like I'm trying to cultivate a MFP harem. Its embarrassing.

    The best way to be consistent is to weigh on a flat hard surface. So don't do it on any carpets and don't do it on a part of the floor that is caving or has bumps. But regardless, as long as you weigh yourself in the same spot every time then it'll be consistent enough to see what kind of progress you're making.
