I eat a lot of fruit. This morning it was 1 banana 15 grapes 1 1/2c of watermelon 7 strawberries 1/2c frozen blueberries SMOOTHIE style, been doing it like this for quite sometime, its in my diary which is open. Could you possibly set your MFP to a sedentary lifestyle? Weigh all of your food and liquids. Dont eat your excercise calories back, UNLESS your belly grumbles and tells you that you are seriously hungry. Drink water and be happy YOURE LOSING weight and doing great!

I dont think its all that bad. Check out my diary from yesterday, Dinner time to be specific, lol. Its not what a "dieter" thinks they should eat and I dont do it often but there was no guilt whatsoever after eating it because I was still under my calories. Enjoy what you eat dont limit yourself.

Well dam! Ive been counting it cooked and not dry. I ASSUMED, (LOL) that it was cooked calories they were talking about counting. Well this is some kinda nice to know because I really like rice and now I know 1/2 cup cooked is not 300 calories. I thought it was a lot but didnt research it. THANKS for asking this.
