I agree on the CICO. I think habits, years in the making sometimes, sneak up on you after you have lost some weight and then you slide back into consuming too many calories again and your weight creeps back up. Its a matter of catching it before it gets out of hand, or wanting to catch it. For some people its a chore not…

Dishes, laundry, make beds, fold last nights clothes, sweep floors, feed dogs and then have breakfast. computer long enough to eat and log info. Barn chores. feed calves, then chickens,…

Egg salad sandwich or Tuna sandwich. Salad with walnuts, cheese, and raisins,,,I personally like this. Leftovers from the night before. Baked potatoes, fried onions with a bit of sour cream (if you have a microwave) and a chunk of hard cheese. Fruit salad with cream. Nuts, nuts nuts. I love nuts, lol. Soup and crackers…

I agree. IMO, the Highly processed (donuts, cookies chips, hamburger helper type stuff, etc) will have more sodium and such, which will most likely cause a bit of fluid retention making it look like the clean eater is losing more.

This is the original post, I was also thinking you were just trying to go flour and sugar free for weight loss not health reasons. Best of luck, Hopefully this will decrease the amount of unsulin you use.

So, im kind of a B*****. That being said, I have had a few rounds with Teachers and Admins in the school systems more than once. Im sure they were glad when my kids finished school, lol. The day ANYONE tells me what I can and can not pack my child for a lunch will be the last day they would ever say it to me. If they want…

Processed? You mean like, ice cream, cheeses yogurts etc? If so you can probably find a dairy that will sell you raw milk. I like some of the low carb breads they have, it helps when mixing things up a bit. Also steak and eggs on the day you have eggs.

Oh look, the flagging stopped after commenting about it. Imagine that. Not sure what abuse points are at this point, im still rather new to the site. I really didnt see anything wrong with the comments, some were pretty comical.

You can do any workout program out there. BUT if your not use to working out, you will find that you have to modify a lot of the moves, which isnt a bad thing because your still burning calories. You will get stronger as time goes on and be able to do the workout 100%. Nothing wrong with starting small and working up. Becca

Someone is flagging all of the comments. Thats odd. o:)

Always 3 meals and 2 snacks. Breakfast 630am, snack 8am, lunch 1230pm snack 230pm, dinner 5pm, then nothing because we are so busy after dinner theres no time for snacking. The times I put down are almost spot on each day. When my belly growls I eat something.

I have learned real quick that its best to have a meal, as opposed to a complete day of overindulging. I will grab a favorite soda I like, some potatoes chips and a burger with all the fixings and enjoy it, or I will make up a plate of Nachos with all the trimmings, but I try very hard not to stuff my belly so full I end…

When you go there go with a mindset of, "I do not need to eat till stuffed" Enjoy yourself, have some of the tastey food they serve, add some salad with it to keep you satisfied and just enjoy.

Really? I went on the laptop last night and fund my way around (a little) and everything I had on MFP was there on the fitbit site as well as my phone. Unless im missing something. lol, which is most likely the case. Im going to try the link someone posted recently on the other page.

You guys are great and helping a lot. Sounds like fitbit gives a little more accurate calorie burn. I am going to check the 2 links out posted above as well. Thank you Creed and farrellian

Its easy to get started. Use some basic excercises that you do not need to spend money on and see how you do. Walk, keep doing that, just increase it a little and walk a bit faster until you get use to it. Your body can be a great little gym. Warm up a little running in place and then; Calf raises Squats, sit on a chair…

I can do my fitbit online? Thank you nancy. I will go read that now.

Nope, I didnt say addictive substance, you did. I said drawn to. Some people think their so called Addiction is to sugar,,maybe they just really like all the processed junk food, cakes, cookies, etc and they tend to eat that because, it tastes good. Its not an addictive thing. Its about what they like and enjoy eating.…
