Well if you wear a Heart Rate Monitor, you could actually get a good read on calories burned. I say go for it, and log those burned calories. Hey people log calories for doing house chores.

I wouldn't. I consider sex fairly regular lifestyle activity.
If every once in awhile you are having 3 hour very gymnastic sessions that leave you sore for days then maybe you should count those times as exercise.0 -
