    this is the kinda cardio i'm down for! ;) hahaha I wouldn't count it towards calories burned though... just think of it as an extra & good for your heart among other things.

    I wouldn't. I consider sex fairly regular lifestyle activity.
    If every once in awhile you are having 3 hour very gymnastic sessions that leave you sore for days then maybe you should count those times as exercise.
