Lean meats, fruit, I stopped carbs but caught myself eating small portions of crackers or 2-3 handfuls of cereal. Not overdoing it, but worried because I was staying away from carbs. Mainly protein. it's only been 2 days I've been feeling like this.

Since Oct I lost 25-30 pounds eatting this way. I just never counted calories. Like I said I was almost 200 pounds. Now I'm 168.

How did you loose 6 pounds in 4 weeks being sedentary? My calorie limit is 1,390 and am trying to loose 1 lb per weight. I went from 195 to 168 in 6 months. Kinda slow. But how do you manage to eat only 1,200 calories. I'm hungry trying to do that.

Hi. I was 195 in Oct and I'm 168 now. I'm sedentary. As long as you count calories or stick with proteins, fats, and fiber. You will lose it. I have always been 130 so almost hitting 200 really affected my confidence. Hang in there. Add me so we can stay in touch.

It took me 6 months to lose 30 pounds. No exercise but restricted my calories to mainly protein and fats.

Who knows? I read a lot of success stories about CLA. But it depends on your body's reaction to it. So it may or may not work. Worth a try. Lots of negative people on this site! Good luck!

I did not know I couldn't use a word that you figured was a curse word by filling the blank. Lol. I'll never lose weight on .5 lbs a week. I think I lost faster in 5 months (25 pounds) on about 1,600-1,700 calories. I stopped counting calories 2 months so I'm back looking to lose 30 pounds sooner than 5 months.

Can you explain keto diet? Does it have to do with Ketosis? Burning fat instead of carbs?

I was eating about 1,700 calories a day for about 1.5 months. Before, around 1575. I just started 1,390 3 days ago, so I realize I have to get used to the hunger. I still take the meds. They help. I fast in the day but wake up about 4 times to eat chicken or a plant based shake and banana, or coldcuts. I was 195 and am 163 but gained 5 pounds drinking Starbucks frappucinos and lemon pound cakes for 2 weeks. Even though I eat at night, I still seem to be losing weight. As long as it's protein you're eating.
