Fasting in Day. Eating small meals at night. Help.

I was 195 in Sept. Now I'm 168. I want to drop 35 more pounds. I am never hungry in the day due to my meds, but as soon as I go to sleep, I wake up 4 times having grilled chicken, or a plant based glutten free shake with water, and a banana, or cold cuts, or fruit. How can I stop this? I've been in the 160's for a while. I've lost the weight without exercise just eating right. But I'm stuck at my weight. I got diagnosed with narcolepsy so I sleep any and everywhere. I started treatment but my energy isn't there for the gym yet. What is night time binging? Thanks

What's your total calorie consumption?0

1390 to lose a pound a week. Some days I'm under. Some days I'm a tiny bit over.0

So why does it matter?0

I don't know. I only eat during sleeping hours.0

Your body needs calories to survive ..the fact you're not consuming them during the day will lead to waking up and consuming them at night ..I think your calorie consumption is rather low but not getting into that
You might try to force yourself to eat during the day more0 -
