  • Hello! I am trying to drop some weight that I gained over the last year or so and get myself back into shape. I struggle with motivation right now and could also use some accountability. What are your goals?
  • @Slivnfree1982 Finished yesterday! Down to 151lbs this am. I am terrible with progress shots, so these are not great. I will take better full body ones this weekend before starting the 28 day summer shred! Also, the front one shot before was day 2 because I realized I had not done a front shot :-/

  • L3 done today. I finally got into the chiro this am. First time since Jan. I have a sprained SI joint, which explains why my hips has been extra crappy lately. He spent 45 min adjusting my trainwreck of a back though, so should be feeling good in a day or 2!

  • Level 3 day 1 done. I was going to do this one for the rest of the month but I may do it for a week then alternate 2 and 3 for the last week. This one was really easy for me and a pretty low calorie burn. Its mostly strength focused and I powerlift so get plenty of strength training there.vI got more burn from 2.
