  • I'm so happy I found this discussion! I'm jumping back on the wagon tomorrow. I'm looking forward to getting back to my normal self yet a little nervous too.

  • Can anyone join?
  • Thank you! I think I will start with light walking on the treadmill next week and then try to go back to my normal routine. I learned my lesson with pushing too hard. I went back to work and did too much. By the time I got home I had broken out in hives because of the stress I put my body through.
  • Unfortunately I have come down with the flu so I have not been able to continue. :( I was only 3 days into week 1 so I wonder if I should just start over again.
  • Thank you for your responses! MFP has me at 1200. It goes over 1200 every day because of activity. I eat some of my activity calories but not all. I track activity with my Fitbit so I make sure on the Fitbit dashboard that my calories in are 1000 less than my calories out. I have MFP set to 2 pounds a week but I'm working…
  • Good job on losing inches! I didn't lose any weight this week either. I was disappointed until I put on my pants and was much more comfortable than last year.
  • That's awesome! I can't wait to be at maintenance!
  • Five inches is amazing! Way to go!! Getting that feedback from a significant other is awesome! My BF is super supportive and I love when he notices the little changed taking place.
  • Thank you so much for all of the positive feedback! I agree that anything that gets you moving is good for you! Workouts on the Xbox are great! If you have a Kinect it watches you and pin points the muscles being used. It tells you when to dig deeper, how to correct your form and it tells you if you are doing a good job. I…

  • I'm 5'. I would love to join the group! I don't have many people to talk to about weight loss because I work out at home. I have lost 6 pounds since 2/27 and have 42 to go.
  • I was having a similar problem. I go in to the step settings and turn it off and back on and then it usually works after that. Charge HR's were having issues connecting to the Fitbit app a while back so that might be the problem too.
  • Hi! Is there a big difference between 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30? I work out on Xbox Fitness and the only one available is Ripped in 30 and i really want to try this.
  • SW: 209 CW: 203.4 GW: 160 Down .8 pounds from last week and 5.6 pounds from start weight.
  • Thank you both for your feed back! I have been feeling recently like I just need to be happy and proud of my 1 pound a week. I truly am happy for any progress! I will definitely check out your diary Jmgris1. I think my weekend food choices are part of what is holding me back. Thanks again!

  • Can you be in two challenges at the same time? I'm in Lose 20 lbs by June and want to be part of this as well.
  • I actually need help with this. I do rather well throughout the week staying around my goal. The weekends are a challenge though. I do a 90 minute Zumba class on Saturdays so that helps but I still typically eat poorly on Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes I will have dropped a pound or two during the week and lose that…
  • I Zumba. I love it! I go to a 90 minute class on Saturdays and I do 3 30-60 minute morning work outs at home on Xbox Fitness. Usually Zumba. Sometimes I do several of the 10 minute solution classes on the Xbox. It has been working for me so far. The hardest part is getting up early to work out at home before I go to work.
