Last couple of days have been OK, but yesterday was a 14 mile run, it always hard for me to force a workout the day after, even though I feel better if I do something. Planning a noon yoga class to pamper myself.

Great idea! I frequently sprinkle cinnamon on my coffee grounds when brewing, but I like your idea better!

I use food.com it is free. I setup a recipe folder called "this weeks meals" and I put all of the recipes that I find from other sites into the recipe box, then I pull out the ones I want each week, to plan my meals. It has a grocery list feature

When my bananas start to get over ripe, I throw them in the freezer, they are perfect to put into a smoothie or to make ice cream. I don't add any sweetner, as I find the bananas are sweet enough on their own. I try to minimize snacking but nuts, or dried plantins are my go to.

This AM I had So Delicious brand coconut coffee creamer. Not much taste, but it cut the acidity of the coffee, which is why I don't drink mine black. Also this whole coffee dilemma has prompted me to cut back on my coffee consumption overall which is a good thing.

I am currently doing a whole 30 diet with a couple of friends, I've done it before and then over a period of a couple of years went back to my old habits. Roast your veggies in coconut oil. Almost all root vegetables are delicious cooked this way.

First run of the month, yesterday was a walk day. So far feelin' great. 11.26 pace today that is good for me. Realized that the 10K I wanted to do in Oct falls on the day my daughter is do, so no good. Need to find another one in Oct. May 6 1/2 marathon in Pittsburg
