I listen podcast on long drives. I downloaded a podcast app to myphone, connected it to the car-audio. But you can also buy a cheap bluetooth speaker, which works with 12V (car electric).

I think if you change your lifestyle, you dont have to have regularly cheat days. You can alwys eat Pizza (two slice), always eat popcorn (half liter), always drink beer (1), if you dont do this on one day. Better, if you build this things in your normal daily intake, as using speciel "cheat days", where you eat…

Hi, I started my diet about 20 days ago. I lost a bit more than 6lbs. My workout plan: every day walking. I started with half mile, then a week later with a mile, now 2 or 4 miles, daily, in the evening. Sometimes, if i have time, and the weather is OK, than I go cycling (8-12 miles) and not walking.

Hi, I also try to loose about 30lbs. I started tracking my diet three weeks ago. Until now, I lost about 6 lbs. I also exercise ( walking 2 miles, sometimes 4, cycling 6-10miles), and track them into Runkeeper App. Feel free to add me.

If I drive with car, bus, or ride a bike, I always have to turn off the iPhone step tracker, because it doesnt stop tracking, it thinks that I walk. And later I see this plus calories in myfitnesspall. You can disable it in Setup/Privacy menu.

I don't think, that "set weight" exists, "only" you have to reconfigure your body. You have to find the right foods, and exercises after the diet to teach your body for the new general body weight. Don't give up!
