Severe acid reflux can be cured with diet. I struggled with it every day for years. My hubby and I have been low carb, low sugar and no wheat since January. I'd love to join and if anyone would like to add me as a friend, it's always nice to have more low carb friends :)

My bday is November 14 and my goal is to lose around 15 lbs by then. I've been eating a low carb, wheat free diet. I want to start back up with exercise, be even more careful with the food I eat and drink more water. This weight needs to come off!

I'm wondering how your wheat belly diet is going? :) I read the book recently and my husband and I have decided we are going to do it... Just not sure when yet. It's very exciting! Though I know it will be hard since I love everything wheat..

I agree that natural foods and trying to stay away from processed foods can help. It may or may not take the pain away.. But it sure can help.
