Yes it's a good motivational saying but no one ever has the right to insult someone else's eating habits. It's an ok thing to tell yourself especially if you are deciding whether to eat junk food but never say it to anyone else!

I agree with this quote and I use it as motivation sometimes myself. I think it is frowned upon as it can make overweight people feel really bad and it's seen to be judgemental. Yea it probably would have been better to use a word such as healthy instead.

The reason I want to lose muscle is because I have quite bulky legs but they are mostly just muscle and I want to slim them down but eating at a calorie deficit just seems to work in my stomach and no where else so I have quite a slim upper body and I would like legs to match.

Maybe start with something light and healthy because the whole point of fasting is to lose weight so don't just eat it all back.

Fat as a nutrient isn't the main cause of weight gain, it is mostly carbohydrates in the form of starches or sugars that cause us to put on weight. Try to limit you're sugar intake instead of fat and this will also help lower your calories

Not sit-ups but something similar: sit straight on the ground with legs straight out, lean back until you feel muscles working and hold that position for 20 secs, sit up straight again and repeat. Idk if this would be ok for you to do but it's an easy core exercise.
