Music is one of the most motivational things in the world. I'm looking to expand my exercise playlist and want to know what music you listen to when working out. Let me know.

Depends on what the workout consists of like today I listened to some hip hop while running (it has a good flow) and when I'm lifting it varies from rock/metal to club music. These are two songs I can say are pretty motivating to me.

For running I listen the Welch Boys, rancid, rage against the machine and the Beastie Boys. Anything metal works while I'm lifting although I gravitate towards Slayer. I need to step it up if I'm doing prowler pushes or any hard core conditioning and break out the Hatebreed, Pantera or Lamb of God

I feel like any powerful music with a strong beat is good. I often use Calvin Harris - Outside or something similar to get me energised.

I got tired of setting up playlists so I downloaded FitRadio. Its a constant mix depending on the genre you pic. You don't have to pay the $3.99 a month subscription because it just allows unlimited skips.
