These are my main meals for a day. All very filling and each 200-400cal. Cucumbers are my favorite to snack on! 10cal/100g and it fulfills my crunch cravings. Great paired with a low cal hummus!! I also drink at least a gallon of water/day! Drinking 1-2 cups before I eat to make sure I'm actually hungry, & not thirsty :)

I'm always on the go, so this is my full day's worth of food, minus a quest bar or 2 ;P

You can add the sauce/seasoning desired at the time you eat the meal when it's prepped this way too. As I said-- this is what this particular client prefers-- it's not for everyone! This just makes it easier for him to track the food for the week when his staple meals are the same. Also, the sandwiches don't get soggy if…

Hahah I should've known. First and last time I post here. I'll stick to the fitness community that's familiar with meal prepping >_<

I never said it wasn't possible. You do what works for you. Everyone's different. This is just what works for this particular client and his preferences.

Thank you!!! You should be proud!!!!

It's not for everyone, but if you have strong fitness goals, I find all my clients don't mind eating the same thing for a few days. You can always use different seasonings and condiments to change the flavors as well, but again-- meal prepping isn't for everyone.
