Endless crunches and sit ups will never make those abs pop like a well balanced diet. A key to success is having meals prepared for the week and tracking everything you're putting into your body!
This is a typical meal prep for a client of mine and his progress
Edit: the main point of this post is preparing your meals ahead of time so you don't eat your entire kitchen when you're hungry and have nothing prepared-- your meals don't have to look like this! This type of meal plan is what works for one person. To each their own!

Ummmm...OK?
ETA: OK now you edited and removed the indecipherable gibberish.
I'm still going to say 'meh'. Agree with the general wisdom of "abs being made in the kitchen". But I'd get bored awfully quickly eating the same bland food day after day after day.-1 -
DAMN, and I was proud of my dinky 6 servings of weighed & portioned pasta salad last night.
Nice turtle!0 -

How long is your table? The fact that your slices of bread appear as large as your boyfriend's torso is throwing me off.0

Can you come to my house and do this for me please?0

Also my husband might get cross if he sees me admiring another man's turtle....giggity0 -

Awesome! Will all that stuff keep for a week? If so, I'm going to try it0

It's not for everyone, but if you have strong fitness goals, I find all my clients don't mind eating the same thing for a few days. You can always use different seasonings and condiments to change the flavors as well, but again-- meal prepping isn't for everyone.0 -

Wait...so you're saying having strong fitness goals and not eating the same bland pre-prepped meals day after day are mutually exclusive?0 -

Goodness that looks dull. I prefer fresh and to cook a bit of what I fancy on the day. Not everyone has the time or freedom to do so, so good on you for your lifestyle.0
